Each purchaser of shares at Anichi Resort & Spa possesses an equal share and interest in the properties that are the subject of his/her share ownership. These properties include all of the facilities at the resort, excluding the units offered for purchase through the Citizenship by Investment Programme.

Purchase Options & Government Fees
Anichi Resort & Spa is the only approved development included in Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment Programme offering purchase options of either shares or fully-owned, luxury units. Purchase of shares confers a certificate of ownership, and purchase of either a Calypso Suite or a Swim-Up Suite, confers a title deed to the owner.
SHARES $220,000
The government of Dominica has established a schedule of fees to be paid along with the selected purchase option fee, by applicants seeking citizenship. These fees apply to the main applicant and any dependent children below the age of 30, and dependent parents and/or grandparents over the age of 55, who are included on the citizenship application. They are as follows:
Government Fee, main applicant $25,000
Government Fee, family of four, including main applicant, $35,000
Government Fee, family of six, including main applicant $50,000
Government Fee, family of seven or more, including applicant $70,000
Due Diligence Fee, main applicant $7,500
Due Diligence Fee, spouse $4,000
Due Diligence Fee, dependants over 16 $4,000
Processing Fee $1,000
Certificate of Naturalization $250 (per person)
